ELBAN SWEETS

 

There are many typical sweets in the Elban gastronomical tradition: the "schiaccia briaca", with pine-seeds, raisins and Aleatico wine wich gives the tipical colour to this sweet.

The "corollo", is soft, made with eggs, sugar, flour and aroma, baked in the traditional breadoven. The "schiacciunta", crackling, simple and delicious.

The easter "schiaccia" with fine aniseed.
